State Technical College of Missouri is accepting applications for full time, 9-month annual contract, exempt, and benefit eligible English Instructor, to start in July 2025 (Fall Semester) within the Communication Department. Apply today at https://statetechmo.edu/human-resources/.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree, with at least 18 hours in English, as well as excellent communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Five or more years of teaching/training experience in post-secondary institutions is preferred.
Job Responsibilities: Duties include developing and teaching classes such as English Composition, Technical Writing, American Literature, Developmental Writing, and Job Search Strategies. Additional duties include college service, committee work, and possibly student advisement.
