Duties : The Campus Auxiliary Service at the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz welcomes applications for the role of Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. Must be able to quickly and correctly execute their work in order to alleviate executive workload.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to :
- Support CAS Offices in bookkeeping, office coverage, card access and customer service
- Assist Office Visitors
- Answering and redirecting emails, phone calls and faxes
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain executive director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
