We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client records and other important documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Handle clerical tasks including data entry, proofreading documents, and ensuring accuracy in all communications.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management when needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record keeping. Not required
- Address client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications. (Not necessary but helpful )
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as required.
