Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Sales: Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets, utilizing bilingual skills to serve a diverse client base effectively.
Policy Customization: Design and recommend insurance plans that meet the unique needs of each client, maximizing customer satisfaction.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty with our agency.
Multilingual Communication: Use bilingual language skills to assist clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess an active CA Property , Life and Health, & Casualty Insurance License.
Bilingual: Proficient in both English and Spanish.
Experience: Previous 2 years experience in insurance sales is highly beneficial.
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.

Salary : $28 - $32
