Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and record vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to streamline billing and payment processes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions.
• Address inquiries related to accounts payable and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 10-key data entry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
• Background in financial or administrative roles.

Desired Experience/Education:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience or more.
