Duties Description Seeking energetic and creative individuals to work full-time serving as the frontline with our constituents. The ideal candidate must be friendly, a good problem solver, a self-starter and a team-player.
Duties include but aren't limited to : complete special projects and attend events, Meet with and prepare for constituent meetings; draft correspondence to constituents and provide follow-up with agencies; advise Member on pending community events and issues.
Organize constituent files and maintain database and tracking; perform functions related to the receipt and dispatch of mail. Receive office visitors and place phone calls, produce word processed documents; copy, scan and file correspondence and documents. Write, edit and review, correspondence, newsletters and other mailings.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, must have strong written and interpersonal communications skills. Experience interfacing with the public or public relations is desired.
Individuals should have strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computers.

This position is based in North Syracuse and not remote eligible.
Travel is required.
