Digital Outreach Coordinator

Duties Description The Digital Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining brand narrative, crafting digital strategy, launching social campaigns, creating and managing social media content, and tracking performance to measure and improve results. Working with the Digital Outreach Director, the Coordinator will help develop and implement a digital communications strategy on behalf of the Senate Minority Leader and members of the Senate Minority Conference.

In this dynamic role, you will :

• Work with Albany, regional, and district-based offices to formulate communications strategy and supplement communications outreach;
• Plan, develop and execute social media strategies consistent with outlined conference messaging and planned objectives;
• Work with the team to rapidly develop, create and manage digital content from relevant topics that resonate with targeted audiences;
• Launch, monitor, evaluate and manage social media campaigns;
• Assist offices in maintaining individual brands and voices across different social media channels;
• Monitor and report movement surrounding trending topics that pertain to key messaging;
• Help build and maintain a social media editorial calendar; and
• Produce regular reports for internal and external use.

Additional Comments The salary range is $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with education and experience.
