This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive parts industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts sales and profitability across multiple brands
- Lead a team of parts managers and staff to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service
- Create and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing customer loyalty
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and stay ahead in the market
- Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall dealership operations and profitability
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive parts industry, with a HUGE focus on wholesale
- Ability to handle a very large inventory ($5 million )
- Prior experience in a leadership or management position
- Deep understanding of automotive parts sales and distribution processes
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
