We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Actively reach out to leads through cold calling and other outreach methods to book phone calls and/or team meetings.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and match them to our customer base.
- Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Effectively communicate product/service benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and cold calling skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
