Builder's Door and Trim (BDT) delivers quality craftsmanship and service to our clients. As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a dedicated crew in the installation of door and trim applications in the residential sector.
Position Overview:
As the Superintendent, you will take charge of overseeing the installation of door, trim applications, and/or rough carpentry projects in a residential environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in finish carpentry or relating industry, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of finish carpenters on residential projects.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule and plan installations.
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of door and trim applications.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to maintain craftsmanship and safety standards.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and internal staff.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finish carpentry, particularly in door and trim applications.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent in a construction setting is a plus.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to achieving project objectives.
- Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
