Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mid-level Office Manager/Legal Assistant to join our team. This position requires expertise in all aspects of family law office case and business management, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. This role involves managing client and other relationships, billing/invoicing, deadlines, training new staff, and more. Extensive knowledge of family law is required due to the case management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage client intake, relations and assistance,
- Handle client invoicing and trust account replenishment with accuracy.
- Service vendor accounts and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Calendar and monitor case deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist with collecting and organizing case records, and some legal assisting.
- Supervise and provide oversight to staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to firm standards.
- Lead hiring and training initiatives to build and maintain a skilled and cohesive team.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the office.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher is required
- Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of family law and office management experience.
- Strong expertise in all aspects of office management.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Generous compensation package, including $60-80K salary (depending on experience and qualifications)

- 40-60% remote work option.
