Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing top-notch administrative support. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information. Our ideal candidate will be working in Dayton, Minnesota.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with various projects and decision-making processes.
- Manage incoming communication, prioritizing and responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items when necessary.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and project updates.
- Handle special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
