Job Title: Team Lead

Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small team of cleaners, ensuring high-quality service on every job.
- Train new team members
- Oversee daily tasks to ensure all clients’ expectations are exceeded.
- Communicate with clients and management staff to maintain smooth operations.
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team to ensure everything is completed on time.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, handling them with professionalism and care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience is a must
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Need a valid driver’s license, clean driving record
- Open availability
- Minimum of 1 year of supervising experience in residential and commercial cleaning- if you have a minimum of 1 year of supervising experience in another industry. Please let us know that as well- it is not a deal breaker :)
