    What you will do

  • Be the voice of Dragonfly Health - You will handle a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include order and delivery of equipment, scheduling, pick-up, maintenance or changes in service.
  • Provide Expert Assistance - Acts as a liaison between patients / care-givers, business clients, drivers and operations.
  • Promote Health and Wellness - Help guide our patients through their healthcare journey, offering resources and information to ensure that they get the very best care.
  • Document Interactions - Keep accurate records of customer communications, ensuring all details are logged and tracked for follow-up or reporting purposes.
  • What we look for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - ability to handle each call with professionalism even in a high stress situation.
  • Flexible schedule - The ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation is a must
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required.
  • Ability to operate in a high volume, fast paced work environment with adherence to established metrics.
  • Requires reliable internet connectivity and not a mobile hotspot.
  • Experience operating in a similar remote capacity preferred.
