The Sales Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in our expanding operations, assisting in tracking sampling events, optimizing sales processes, managing data, and supporting the sales team to operate effectively. The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with the sales team to manage samplings, analyze data, and perform administrative tasks while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, organize, and coordinate all data associated with our sampling efforts.
- Complete paperwork or manage online portals for new and existing distributors, retailers, and states.
- Format and organize data from various sources to be used in internal reporting.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and product information in the sales database.
- Assist in developing and maintaining sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Establish familiarity with the interactions between multiple departments, particularly sales, finance, and marketing.
- Generate reports related to sales performance, pricing, and distribution.
- 2 years of administrative or operations experience, preferably in sales.
- Familiarity or proficiency with Excel, CRM applications, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with alcohol sales regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Military experience is a plus.
- Estimated Base Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 USD.
- Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
- The salary range refers to the base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
