What You Will Be Doing:
This role will partner closely with sales leadership, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales and GTM processes. This team will be critical in improving sales operations and in turn increasing TransPerfect Legal’s market share. Responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation Reports: Generate detailed reports to track and analyze lead data. Evaluate engagement strategies and spot trends to boost our success.
- Data Analysis: Support the sales team by creating forecasting models and analyzing key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Sales Data Reporting: Conduct sales data analysis to provide insights on performance and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Sales Reps, and Marketing Communications teams to align our go-to-market (GTM) processes with our organizational goals.
- CRM Data Integrity: Ensure data quality by working with Business Intelligence to identify and rectify data integrity issues.
- Conflict Review: Responsible for clearing legal conflicts or identifying when a conflict occurs.
- Technology & Services: Understand our technology and services to assist in responding to RFPs and Security Questionnaires.
- CLE Program Management: Help manage our Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program.
- Additional Responsibilities: Handle other tasks as assigned to support the sales operations team.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Team Player: Highly motivated and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing operations is a plus, especially with a focus on process improvement.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, data management tools, and automation software within the GTM tech stack landscape.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting strategic issues and solutions to sales leaders and teammates.
