We are a record retrieval provider that supports law firms and insurance carriers. Our goal is to ensure that records are processed efficiently and delivered to our clients in a timely manner. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Copy Service Office Assistant.
Duties
- Contact facilities to check on the status of the requested records.
- Handle and process incoming records, both physical and digital.
- Review and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up with timelines to ensure records are received on time.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with others.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Adobe, and Microsoft Word.
- Detail-oriented mindset, able to catch and resolve even the smallest errors.
- Go-getter attitude: self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle difficult people and situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
