Project Manager - Manage the entire process from sale to installation of Roofing.
Qualified Candidate Must:
- Be capable of ordering materials and managing installation schedules with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Residential Roofing experience or overall experience in construction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each project.
- Order roofing materials.
- Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Experience:
- 5 years of roofing project management experience, including construction experience.
