Position Overview:
The Call Center Agent plays a crucial role in our customer journey by building strong initial connections, setting appointments, and managing schedules effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage with both warm leads and cold prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make warm and cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Statewide Windows & Doors and our services.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments in our database, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Ask qualifying questions to understand client needs and tailor the conversation appropriately.
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions from initial contact to appointment.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of all interactions and follow-ups in the company CRM.
Requirements:
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
- Comfort with making outbound calls and handling both warm and cold leads.
- Ability to work 10:30AM to 7 PM on weekdays.
- Proficient with basic computer skills and scheduling software.
- High energy, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
