Job Overview:
We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic call center team. This role is crucial to our strategy for customer acquisition and requires a proactive approach to engage potential customers and coordinate in-home consultations. Must be available to work evening shift(11AM-7PM) and/or weekends!
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Engage with potential customers through leads and databases to introduce them to our high-quality products and services.
- Appointment Setting: Efficiently schedule appointments for in-home consultations, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling communication about the benefits of our windows and doors, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Data Management: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment settings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or other call center roles is beneficial but not required.
- Outstanding communication skills, with a persuasive and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to build rapport and actively engage customers over the phone.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
