Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service information and updates.
- Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Stay informed about competing products and services.
- Upsell products and services
- Research and qualify new leads.
- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Exceptional phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply innovative thinking
- Computer-savvy and sales-oriented mindset
- Prior experience selling technology products/outsourcing resources (SaaS products are a plus)
Skills Required:
- High level of oral and written communication skills

Salary:
- Hourly $15.00 commission (uncapped commission)
- Our Inside Sales Representatives make from $50K-$65K per year on average.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
