- Support the Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day field operations
- Perform site visits to track progress, confirm specs, and monitor quality
- Communicate between field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project leadership
- Review drawings, plans, and submittals to ensure compliance with scope and standards
- Assist in preparing schedules, updating documentation, and managing change orders
- Help resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays or rework
- Participate in preconstruction and project coordination meetings
- Track materials, deliveries, and job site logistics to support on-time execution
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction (HVAC/MEP experience highly preferred)
- Familiarity with construction documents and understanding of field workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar construction software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently on-site and adapt to changing job site needs
- Solid communication and coordination abilities
