We are seeking a talented Vacation Rental Portfolio Executive to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a select group of high-end real estate assets.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Management – Manage all aspects of operations, including guest services, maintenance, and marketing.
- Portfolio Growth – Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with our in-house maintenance team and third-party vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Satisfaction – Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience, with prompt response to any issues or concerns.
