Stay Beyond Inn & Suites, an established hotel by the Grays Harbor Fairgrounds in Elma, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor to join our team.
Job Duties include:
- Greeting guests upon arrival and answering phone
- Making, modifying, and canceling reservations
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Responding to guest requests, issues, or emergencies in a professional and prompt manner
- Auditing and balancing reports from day shifts
- Setting up daily breakfast
