We’re seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Brand & Marketing Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves in a variety of marketing functions—from campaign planning to social media execution, content creation to data reporting. If you’re passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and adept at balancing creative energy with marketing strategy, this role is your dream gig. Bonus points if you geek out over Instagram Reels and love turning data into action.
This is a position where no two days are the same, and the ability to pivot, prioritize, and bring fresh ideas to the table is key.
What You'll Be Doing
- Juggling multiple marketing tasks and priorities with ease—while keeping your cool and a smile.
- Developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns across print, digital, and social channels.
- Creating, scheduling, and executing high-quality, engaging social media content (think Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.
- Crafting and managing email marketing campaigns—from copywriting to layout.
- Maintaining and updating our website content and promotional materials.
- Analyzing campaign performance and preparing marketing reports to track ROI and inform future strategy.
- Supporting the sales team with market research, product data, and trend forecasting.
- Coordinating and participating in community events and partnerships that elevate our brand presence.
- Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing with a strong portfolio in social media execution and strategy.
- Bonus: Background in luxury travel or premium hospitality.
- Deep knowledge of the Charlottesville area and its unique hospitality culture.
- Confidence in using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative edge and a customer-first mindset.
- Stellar organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.19 - $25.05 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
