We are seeking a reliable and personable individual in the Philadelphia area to provide evening and weekend assistance for guests at our invisible service hotel. This individual is responsible for providing a positive guest experience for all current, future, and potential Lokal guests.
Lokal Hotel is Philadelphia's first design-driven, "Invisible Service" boutique hotel, meaning there's no on-site staff or concierge. Everything the guest needs is loaded into each of our apartment-style rooms, that is why we rely on remote staff to keep it running smoothly. With the help of our housekeeping and laundry crews, we ensure that everything is stocked, cleaned, and ready for the next guest.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Must be available to go on-site for immediate guest assistance when needed during on-call hours.
- Quickly respond to all incoming guest calls, texts, and emails.
- Responsible for creating a positive and professional impression.
- Take same-day bookings, answer guest inquiries, and troubleshoot issues as they arrive.
- Take care of day-to-day hospitality tasks.
- Managing in-unit needs, such as troubleshooting appliances, quick housekeeping fixes.
- Safeguards the confidentiality of programs, projects and communications dealing with organizational and business activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required.

- 2 years experience working in hospitality or customer service
- Tech-savvy individual comfortable working from their smartphone.
- A hard working perfectionist with exceptional organizational skills
- An effective team player who can also independently complete projects without direct supervision
- A willingness and enthusiasm to do whatever it takes to make sure our guests have an amazing experience
- A consummate team player who maintains a positive attitude and a smile on your face regardless of the situation
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to identify and convey critical information to management quickly and precisely
