Job Description:
We are seeking a local, professional and detail-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role and creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our guests. From handling guest communications to coordinating series, you'll ensure every stay meets the highest standard of luxury.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Handle all guest communications, including reservations, inquiries, and follow-ups, with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate guest requests and services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and special accommodations.
- Assist in dispatching service providers and overseeing timely resolution of guest and property concerns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the value and quality of our luxury vacation homes.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and property conditions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Local & Familiar with 30A and the surrounding area
- Experience with computer systems such as Streamline and Breezeway a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
