**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a comfortable experience for our guests. **Duties:** - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming - Perform floor care duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing - Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms - Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers - Manage the laundry facilities, including washing, drying, and folding linens and uniforms - Clean and maintain all kitchen and dining areas, including appliances, fixtures, and equipment - Assist with housekeeping management duties, including inventory management and guest room preparation - Demonstrate a commitment to hospitality and customer service - Work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our guests - Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to cleaning protocols and safety procedures - Perform any additional duties as assigned by management **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and carrying heavy objects - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning protocols - Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Basic knowledge of floor care and cleaning techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual who is committed to providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
