Hybrid Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Hybrid Front Desk Agent who can also assist with housekeeping and room cleaning as needed, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional stay at our hotel. In this role, you’ll greet guests warmly, manage their check-in and check-out processes, assign rooms, distribute keys, address general inquiries, and contribute to maintaining clean and welcoming guest rooms. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Compensation : 16 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties : make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
• Mitigate customer complaints as needed
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready
