What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Front Desk Clerk position at Staybridge Suites at Hamilton Place?
IHG or Opera PMS Experience is preferred.

You are tasked with welcoming and serving our guests at the front desk in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to- face and on the phone. You are also responsible for balancing and completing the daily checklist. As the first and the last person a guest interacts with, you are the first and last impression guest have of our hotel. You must communicate with the rest of the hotel staff to ensure the guests’ experience is perfect from check-in to check-out.
