- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and payments.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phone calls.
- Previous experience in hotel is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services.
- Ability to communicate effectively; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
