Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
- Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods, ensuring timely seating for all guests.
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about the menu, restaurant policies, and services.
- Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support food service operations as needed, including assisting servers during peak times.
Requirements
