Staybridge Suites West Des Moines is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join our evening team. If you have a welcoming personality and a commitment to great service, we’d love to meet you. No prior hotel experience is necessary — we provide training!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and checkouts.
Handle reservations, answer inquiries, and respond to guest needs.
Process payments, issue room keys, and ensure billing accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
Communicate important shift updates to management and the next shift.
Follow all hotel policies, including safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong communication skills.
Flexible availability, including weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
