What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Room Attendant position at Staybridge Suites?
Now Open, The Staybridge Suites Winter Haven - Auburndale is looking for Room attendants for their 108 Room Suite property.
Duties:
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairwells, and other common areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Follow IHG Way of Clean Brand Standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping in a hotel preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
