About the job
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Provide expertise in software architecture, design principles, and coding standards, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Act as a leader in an Agile development team, mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decisions.
- Design and implement Java-based applications using technologies like Java, Struts 2.0, JSP, Servlets and Spring Framework.
- Develop and deploy applications on Apache Tomcat.
- Handle Oracle database development, including table design, views, and stored procedures using PL / SQL.
- Support and troubleshoot client database issues, including data modification and reporting.
- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues effectively.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to enable smooth deployments and ensure continuous integration workflows.
- Provide technical support to the project team and take ownership of one or more components of an STC product.
