CNC Machinist

Position Overview :

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Manual and CNC Machinists to join our team. In this role, you will operate and set up both manual and CNC lathe and mill machines to manufacture precision parts and components for a variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both types of machinery, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

CNC Machining :

Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce parts based on blueprints, drawings, or digital models.

• Program CNC machines using G-code and ensure programs are optimized for machine performance.
• Conduct test runs to ensure correct operation and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues that may arise.

Manual Machining :

Operate manual lathes, mills, and other machine tools to cut, shape, and finish parts.

Blueprint Reading & Technical Skills :

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD / CAM files to understand part specifications.

Maintenance & Quality Control :

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure longevity and precision.

Safety & Compliance :

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

Proven experience working with CNC and manual lathe and milling machines.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, etc.).

Tools & Equipment :

Familiarity with precision measuring tools, gauges, and instruments.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary : $20 - $30
