What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Steadfast Executive Search?
An exceptional commercial construction organization in the Greater Orlando area, known for its prestigious projects and excellent reputation, is seeking an experienced Controller to join its team.
In this role, you will report directly to an executive who is deeply committed to the well-being and success of his employees and fosters a loyal and supportive work environment. The company prides itself on employee longevity and has a history of low turnover.
This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, with no late nights or weekends required with a private office (your one subordinate has their own office as well).
*Compensation DOE is $115k to $140k

Primary Responsibilities/ Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Construction accounting experience is a must in demonstrating job costing, WIP, and Percent to Completion accounting skills
- At least 2 years of experience within a Controller capacity
- Sage/Timberline experience is a must
- In Office Monday-Friday (no late nights or weekends)
