What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager - AI Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Startup position at Stealth AI Recruitment?
We are a stealth mode contingency recruitment startup that uses AI to find and vet candidates in sales, marketing, and product management to reduce sourcing and interview time from 2-4 months to less than a few days.
We are looking for a General Manager that is responsible for bringing recruiters onboard to use our platform to source relevant candidates. You can focus your time on sourcing employers and not have to worry about sourcing and vetting candidates.
This role does not have a base pay and has a very attractive profit sharing structure.
Who You Are:
- Talent Acquisition Experience for >10 years for GTM roles. You need to be regarded as an expert recruiter by your fellow talent acquisition leaders.
- Prior experience selling to Talent Acquisition leaders is highly preferred
- Prior recruitment agency experience preferred
- Prior enterprise sales experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial: You are seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity to start your own recruitment firm and become a leading voice as AI reshapes the recruitment industry.
- Hunter Mentality: You thrive on building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving deals forward.
- Executive Presence: Ability to engage and influence C level leaders

- Self Driven: You are operating as a Founding GM in a new startup earning based on profits only. You need to be highly self driven operating with little oversight and deliver exceptional outcomes.
