Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support. The candidate must have knowledge of products and technologies that are currently in demand and in use in Homes and Businesses. Past A/V Tech experience is a plus. Knowledge of CRM software's such as iPoint and other similar products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Take the lead in preparing customer Bids and discussing with the lead project managers to ensure all products needed for the project are included and priced appropriately.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer support.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing and tracking sales transactions.
- Perform clerical duties such as managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Provide assistance in the field as necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role in the industry is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems such as iPoint.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- A background as an A/V Technician.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.83 - $22.09 per hour
