Job Description

Salary : $48.00-$50.00

Stealth Care Staffing is currently seeking qualified Respiratory Therapists (RTs) within an Acute Long Term Care Hospital in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area for PRN (7p-7a)! Ability to float to nearby facility in Grand Rapids preferred.

Responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist :

Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan
Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes / trachs
Performing timely and accurate documentation
Promoting continuous quality improvement
Teaching and counseling patients / families

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist :

Must hold current state license and be registered or certified (RT / CRT)

NRBC

Current in BLS, ACLS

Ventilators, ABG, and EKG Experience

Required Experience :

Experience as an RT working within a hospital setting preferred

2 years of Acute Care Experience Required
