Stealth Communications is seeking multiple positions for Senior Security Officer role to lead high-risk physical security operations, armed response and access control our facilities, a critical component of Stealth's physical security force operations.
The role requires advanced law enforcement, military and special operations experience, with expertise in threat deterrence, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
This is an armed role/position demanding expertise in force protection, risk mitigation, and tactical coordination. Candidates must possess exceptional situational awareness, rapid decision-making ability, and advanced combat readiness.
This position requires security clearance and is based onsite in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities
- Execute armed security operations, ensuring continuous protection of high-value assets, personnel, and classified materials.
- Implement threat detection protocols using behavioral analysis, counter-surveillance, and adversarial threat assessments.
- Conduct proactive threat interdiction, utilizing defensive tactics, escalation-of-force techniques, and tactical engagement procedures.
- Enforce controlled area access, verifying security credentials, biometric authentication, and classified asset protection protocols.
- Monitor multi-layered security networks, including CCTV, radar-based intrusion detection, RF & photonic surveillance, and geospatial tracking.
- Analyze anomalous security activity, identifying potential breaches, cyber-physical threats, and unauthorized personnel movements.
- Deploy electronic countermeasures (ECM) and perimeter defense systems to mitigate RF jamming, drone surveillance and cyber-intrusions.
- Execute rapid response to hostile threats, including active shooter scenarios, intrusion attempts, and high-risk security breaches.
- Lead real-time crisis response coordination, working with federal, state, and military law enforcement agencies as required.
- Manage tactical evacuations, emergency lockdowns, and high-threat extractions to ensure mission continuity and personnel safety.
- Oversee post-incident forensic analysis, compiling after-action reports (AARs), security breach assessments, and mission debriefs.
Qualifications
- Required: An active, transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to commencement.
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice, Police Science, or equivalent military/law enforcement experience..
- Experience as Military Police or Military Elite Forces.
- Must meet all legal requirements for armed security personnel under Hawaii state law.
- Certified firearms instructor or advanced tactical firearms proficiency required.
- Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Officers assigned to vehicular patrol must possess or acquire a valid State of Hawaii Driver’s license.
- Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond to incidents effectively.
- Formal training in defensive tactics, including martial arts, close-quarters combat (CQC), and advanced hand-to-hand combat techniques.
- High-level proficiency in threat analysis, counter-surveillance, and risk assessment methodologies
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with other ex-military personnel.
- Ability to operate in high-stress environments, responding to real-time security incidents with rapid tactical execution
Annual salary starting at $350,000 Sign-on Bonus: $350,000.
