Revenue Operations Lead (Remote)

We’re a fast-growing, venture-backed startup (Y Combinator alumni) transforming how businesses leverage data and automation to drive better decisions. As we scale, we’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and partner closely with the CEO to support the growth and efficiency of our go-to-market engine.
In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product—building scalable systems, ensuring clean reporting, and enabling strategic growth through insights and operational excellence.
🌟 What You'll Do:
- Own and optimize key GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, and more)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to drive visibility across Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline health by partnering with Sales and Customer Success
- Align with Marketing on lead management, attribution, and funnel performance
- Collaborate with Finance on commission tracking, territory planning, and quota setting
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost conversion rates
- Support onboarding and training for new tools, playbooks, and GTM processes
- Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analysis to support executive decision-making
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or a similar role
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and common GTM tools
- Strong analytical skills; fluency in SQL and comfort with complex datasets
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
- Great communicator and project manager who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
- Experience in high-growth, B2B SaaS startups is a plus (but not a requirement)
