Role Title: Operations Coordinator
Compensation
$20-$24/hour for a Part Time role
$100 monthly meal credit
Responsibilities
Represent company on the ground, serving as the primary point of contact for merchants using the distribution warehouse.
Oversee the receipt of deliveries from merchants and coordinate their timely dispatch with delivery service partners. .
Ensure adherence to safety standards by merchants and delivery partners.
Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as outlined by Operations leadership.
Take charge of special projects and contribute to operational improvements as needed.
Utilize tech tools, including Slack and Google Sheets for daily operations and communication.
Proactively escalate and communicate obstacles related to merchants, drivers, inventory, or warehouse operations lead.
Qualifications
Accountability: Demonstrated responsibility for implementing and maintaining high operational standards.
Reliability: A strong commitment to punctuality and dependability.
Attention to Detail: Operationally savvy with the ability to ensure smooth delivery processes and address issues proactively.
Communication Skills: Regularly update and escalate to the General Manager to ensure alignment and avoid surprises.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable learning and managing new tools with minimal guidance.
Preferred (not required)
Background in hospitality, customer service, or retail supervision/management.
Experience as a restaurant manager, grocery buyer, or related roles.
