About the Role:
- Handle litigation matters related to community association law, including covenant enforcement, collections, and governing document interpretation.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide strategic counsel to association boards and property managers.
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive legal team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate, community association law, or related areas.
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while also working collaboratively.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to legal representation.
- Virginia Bar admission is required.
