This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 3-7 years of experience to work on complex labor and employment matters in a collaborative environment.
About the Role:
In this role, you will represent employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including:
- Defending companies in employment litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes.
- Advising management on compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Handling collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and NLRB proceedings.
- Drafting employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of labor & employment law experience, preferably on the management-side.
- Experience in litigation, counseling, and labor relations is highly preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Michigan Bar admission
