We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Onboarding Specialist to guide individuals through account setup processes, including technology, banking, and online payment platforms. This role involves setting up Apple IDs, Gmail accounts, new devices, and online banking, as well as troubleshooting common setup issues that arise.
You’ll work directly with individuals via phone, video calls, and email, ensuring they successfully complete all required steps. Many of the people you assist are not tech-savvy, so patience, clear communication, and adaptability are essential.

- Guide users through Apple ID, Gmail, and mobile device setup
- Assist with online banking account registration and verification
- Support PayPal account setup and troubleshooting when needed
- Review and verify identity documents for compliance
- Troubleshoot technical issues with account creation and authentication
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and common issues
- 1 year of experience in onboarding, IT support, fintech, or customer service
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for account setup issues
- Familiarity with Apple/iOS, Google, online banking, and PayPal
- Ability to communicate clearly and guide non-tech-savvy users step by step
- Experience handling sensitive information securely and professionally
- Highly organized, able to track multiple onboarding cases
Preferred:
- Experience troubleshooting PayPal account restrictions or online banking setup
- Familiarity with KYC verification processes
- Prior experience in fintech or account management
