Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cycle Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between our clinic, patients, the fertility lab, and the operating room (OR). The ideal candidate will manage the coordination of fertility treatment cycles, ensuring seamless communication and efficient scheduling to optimize patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Coordination :
• Receive and verify all necessary paperwork from referring physicians before scheduling procedures.
• Confirm patient readiness by ensuring compliance with pre-procedure requirements, including necessary blood work and consent forms.
• Manage scheduling and ensure real-time coordination with the lab, OR, and patient care teams.
• Communication :
• Act as the primary point of contact between patients, physicians, and clinical staff to facilitate clear and timely information exchange.
• Provide patients with detailed instructions and support throughout their treatment journey.
• Financial Coordination :
• Track payment status before procedures and escalate any issues if payments are incomplete.
• Collaborate with the Patient Coordinator to ensure all financial obligations are met prior to treatment.
• Documentation and Compliance :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Assist in managing embryo shipping, transport, and legal documentation in collaboration with the Compliance & Transport Specialist.
