Senior Account Executive – Remote

Role Overview :

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to identify opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and close high-value deals. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and exceed quotas.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and articulate the value of our platform.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solution effectively.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipeline and sales activity.
