We’re seeking a temporary Customer Service Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our company. In this role, you’ll answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate team members, and assist with a variety of light administrative tasks. You’ll help keep the front office running smoothly while creating a positive experience for every caller and visitor.
This position is temporary; however, for the right person who aligns well with our team and workplace culture, it may evolve into a more permanent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors
- Provide general information and take accurate messages
- Perform light clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
