A well-established Alexandria law firm specializing in representing Community Associations is seeking an Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join their team. With Homeowners Association (HOA) law as the firm’s largest practice area, this role offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to build a career in a niche legal field while gaining hands-on litigation experience.

About the Role:

• Handle litigation matters related to community association law, including covenant enforcement, collections, and governing document interpretation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide strategic counsel to association boards and property managers.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable and supportive legal team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in real estate, community association law, or related areas.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while also working collaboratively.
• A proactive and client-focused approach to legal representation.
• Virginia Bar admission is required.
